Política de reembolso


Rosario Salvatore (Salvatore Swim) accepts returns of unused products with tags attached within 14 days from the date of shipment with the exception of sale or clearance items – these items are final sale and cannot be returned. Refunds on full priced items will be credited to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase minus the shipping fees. We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from the online store www.salvatoreswim.com 

Return packages must be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please note: International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties related to your order.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at r.cracchiolo@rosariosalvatore.com

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Rosario Salvatore (Salvatore Swim) reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
